The National Antique & Art Dealers Association of America (NAADAA) is a non-profit trade organization of the United States’ leading dealers. Our members are mutually pledged to safeguard the interests of those who buy, sell or collect antiques and works of art, achieved through just, honorable and ethical trade practices. Many years of study and experience are necessary to acquire the specialized knowledge that has made NAADAA members recognized authorities in their various fields. Each member of the Association has earned a high reputation for integrity and fair dealing in all transactions, so that collectors can be confident that an antique work of art is honestly represented as to authenticity, provenance and condition. Membership is very selective, and by invitation only.
NAADAA members take pride in the careful, personalized service they provide. We can help you acquire a single object, or start or add to a collection. Members also purchase antiques and works of art. You are cordially invited to visit the shops and galleries listed in this Directory, and to make use of our member’s knowledge and experience. Always look for the NAADAA logo.

- NAADAA Activities
For 50 years, the Association has presented exhibitions and has sponsored a wide range of conferences and lectures concerning art and antiques for both specialists and the general public. NAADAA cooperates in organizing the International Fine Art and Antique Dealers Show, held at the Seventh Regiment Armory in New York City each October and considered to be the foremost antiques event in the United States, and one of the top four in the world.
Recognized for their scholarship and expertise, individual NAADAA members contribute to or sponsor a variety of publications in their areas of specialization each year. Members also participate in many prestigious national and international antique and art shows, and hold significant exhibitions in their own establishments.
NAADAA is committed to education and research, and continues a strong relationship with the highly regarded Bard Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts. NAADAA offered scholarship support at Bard’s founding over ten years ago, and has since then established the NAADAA Fellowship.
NAADAA is a member of La Confédération Internationale des Négociants en Oeuvres d’Art (see www.cinoa.org), an organization founded in 1935 comprising the leading art and antique dealer associations in twenty-one countries worldwide. Under the auspices of CINOA., NAADAA continues to provide grants for art historical research at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
